Club-Sanctioned shows / season
Our club participates in several official club-sanctioned shows throughout the exhibition season, along with many additional shows attended by our members. Official club shows provide opportunities to compete alongside fellow members, and represent our organization. Visit our Events Calendar for a complete schedule of official club shows and other upcoming events
Active member families
We are proud to have active member families across the state of Texas. Our members come from communities large and small, united by a passion for exhibition poultry, youth leadership, and lifelong learning. Through shows, educational opportunities, and fellowship, our families support one another while helping young exhibitors grow both in and out of the show
Scholarships awarded
Supporting the success of our members is one of our club's highest priorities. Eligible members may apply for scholarships to assist with educational expenses or to help fund their exhibition poultry projects. Through this program, we invest in the continued growth, learning, and success of our youth both in and out of the show
4-H / FFA Friendly
Our club proudly supports youth involved in 4-H, FFA, and other agricultural youth organizations. Membership is open to all youth with an interest in exhibition poultry, and we welcome exhibitors of all experience levels. We work alongside these organizations to provide additional opportunities for learning, competition, and fellowship
Who we are

A club built on birds, biosecurity, and character

We are a nonprofit youth organization dedicated to supporting young exhibition poultry enthusiasts across Texas. Our members participate in club-sanctioned poultry shows where they exhibit their birds and compete in showmanship, but the journey begins long before stepping into the show ring. Raising healthy, well-cared-for poultry requires daily commitment, responsible husbandry, and a strong understanding of biosecurity—values we encourage in every member.

Whether your family is purchasing its first chicks or has years of experience in exhibition poultry, you’ll find a welcoming community ready to help. Through mentorship, educational opportunities, and hands-on experiences, our members and volunteers help youth develop the knowledge, confidence, and leadership skills that extend far beyond the poultry barn.

At the heart of our club is a commitment to fostering responsible animal care, good sportsmanship, lifelong friendships, and the character that comes from hard work and dedication. We believe the lessons learned through raising and exhibiting poultry prepare young people for success both inside and outside the show ring.

Good records make good exhibitors

Every project starts with the basics: clean water, good nutrition, and a healthy environment. We take biosecurity and animal welfare seriously — for your flock’s sake, and for the whole poultry community’s.

Members get access to simple, ready-to-use tools for tracking it all.

Health & vaccination records for every bird
A pre- and post-show biosecurity checklist

Before every show

  • Check birds for signs of illness or parasites
  • Clean and disinfect cages and transport equipment
  • Confirm no contact with unknown-status birds recently
  • Bring health records if requested by show officials
