Lonestar Junior Exhibition Poultry Club

Get involved

Sponsor the club

Local businesses and families keep this club running. Sponsorship pays for scholarships, show fees, equipment and the day-to-day costs of giving young exhibitors somewhere to compete and learn.

We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, so your support may be tax-deductible. Every dollar stays with the club and its members.

Thank you

Our sponsors

Sponsors are recognized here, on show-day signage, in our newsletter and across our social channels.

What you get

Sponsorship tiers

Each tier includes everything from the tier below it. Sponsorships run for one season. If none of these quite fit your budget, tell us what you had in mind — we would rather have you involved than not.

Directed sponsorship

Sponsor a member, family, project or animal

Not every sponsor wants their name on a banner. Some would rather put their money behind one young person, one family or one specific thing the club needs. We are glad to arrange either.

Directed giving

Sponsor an exhibitor

Cover one junior member’s dues, entry fees or showmanship costs for a season. Especially valuable for families who would otherwise struggle to take part.

Directed giving

Sponsor a family

Support all the exhibitors in one household — often two or three siblings showing across different classes.

Directed giving

Sponsor a project

Back a specific undertaking: a hatching project, a biosecurity upgrade, record-keeping software, or the club’s equipment trailer.

Directed giving

Sponsor an animal

Underwrite the cost of raising and showing a particular bird, from chick to show ring, and follow its progress through the season.

Directed sponsorships are arranged privately and can be anonymous if you prefer. Where a sponsorship supports an individual member, we handle it discreetly and through the club rather than directly between families.

Getting started

How to become a sponsor

It is deliberately simple. Most sponsorships are agreed in a single conversation.

01Get in touch
Email the officers with a rough idea of what you have in mind. No forms needed at this stage.
02Pick a tier or a project
We will talk through the tiers, or a directed sponsorship if you would rather support a member, family or project.
03Sign the agreement
We complete a short sponsorship agreement so both sides are clear on what is included and for how long.
04Send your artwork
Supply a logo and we will get you onto the website, signage and newsletter before the next show.

Let’s talk

Tell us about your business and what you would like to support. We will come back with a couple of options that fit.
